A2 Correx Signs
A2 Correx signs are a cheap, durable signage solution which can be used again and again. We often see these signs being used as signs for estate agents, retail businesses and more commonly as festival signs for car parks and directions.
Our huge 2m x 3m flatbed printing press means we can print directly to Correx. This cuts down on unnecessary process of printing to vinyl then applying the vinyl to the Correx board. Our savings are then passed on to you.
For bulk orders of A2 signs, please contact us on 01625 435130 or email email@example.com and we will send you our cheapest possible price.
Why use A2 Correx Signs?
Correx signage has a number of advantages over Foamex, Dibond and timber signs:
- Cheapest substrate gives excellent value for money
- Lightweight and easy to install
- Durable and completely weatherproof material
- Can be used indoors and outdoors
What colour do we print the A2 Correx Sign?
We can offer many different colours of Correx. This sometimes enables us to keep your costs down as we can print directly onto the colour of your choice. Whilst white remains the cheapest and most popular Correx sign, using bright yellow can sometimes be preferable to enhance the visibility of your message. However it is worth pointing out we can print almost any colour you require from your artwork or ours.
If you have a specific colour of correx you'd like us to use give us a call and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
All of our signs are with the client in 4 working days if you choose Free Delivery. We offer a 48hr Delivery service if you select this option at the checkout and pay an extra £15. We can also deliver on a Saturday morning for £25 (orders must be placed pre 12pm on a Thursday.)
How to supply the best artwork – to get the best result
We want to provide you with the best quality print, and the better the artwork you send to us, the better able we will be to do just that.
Create your artwork at the actual size of the finished product, or scaled proportionally.
(to put it simply: Don't send long thin artwork if you are ordering a short wide board).
If your board is be put in a frame, or held by ties, or fixed with a batten etc.: - make sure your design will not result in important items being hidden.
Consider where your sign will be positioned - (for example: don't make text too small to read if the sign will be high on a wall, or at a roadside)
The best resolution for high quality images is 100dpi at full size. (For outdoor signs not viewed close up this can be lower).
(If you work at a scaled size you need to allow for the enlargement: SO for example - if your artwork is at 25% size then the best quality image resolution would be 400dpi.)
DO NOT add bleed
DO NOT add crop/trim marks
DO NOT send artwork which floats in a larger area.
DO NOT include anything on the artwork that you do not want to be printed on the final sign.
Save a copy of your artwork to send to us.
You can send:
PDF FILES - should be in pdf version 1.5 or higher, with all fonts embedded.
DO NOT SAVE DOWN TO PDF VERSION 1.3 - this is likely to reduce the quality of your artwork.
If you are using PHOTOSHOP do not save as a pdf, but flatten your file and save it as a .TIF file, using LZW compression,
or as a .JPG using the HIGHEST QUALITY setting, and send this file.
